"I made this recipe with a 1.5lb roast so, of course, I decreased the ingredients by about half and it turned out fine, maybe just a little less vinegar though. We ate it with just the meat and a slice of mild cheese instead of slaw and it was very good. Also only took about 6 hours to cook and was very tender."

"I made this recipe with boneless skinless chicken breasts and we thought it was really good. Using skinless helps to keep the charring to a minimum but you have to keep an eye on it, but we will have it again."

"I doubled this recipe and took it to a potluck dinner, and it got rave reviews. It was very easy to make and I will definitely make it again. "
