Slow-Cooker Carolina Pulled-Pork Sandwiches
I made this recipe with a 1.5lb roast so, of course, I decreased the ingredients by about half and it turned out fine, maybe just a little less vinegar though. We ate it with just the meat and a slice of mild cheese instead of slaw and it was very good. Also only took about 6 hours to cook and was very tender.

Balsamic-Glazed Grilled Chicken Breasts
I made this recipe with boneless skinless chicken breasts and we thought it was really good. Using skinless helps to keep the charring to a minimum but you have to keep an eye on it, but we will have it again.

I made this recipe for company and added some chopped mango, and a little cilantro, everyone loved it and even wanted seconds.

Italian Sausage Melt
I doubled this recipe and took it to a potluck dinner, and it got rave reviews. It was very easy to make and I will definitely make it again.
