I made a quarter of this recipe today to test out my new manual krumkake iron. These are so delicious. I would advise rolling the cookie from this recipe around a wooden spoon handle rather than using the traditional cone form as they are very fragile and could use the multi-layering to stiffen the cookie somewhat. They remind of the cookie part of those Pepperidge Farm Piroux (sp?) cookies that are lined with chocolate. Will definately roll them around the spoon handle next time and fill the middle with chocolate. Great flavor and texture; will make again.
