"I remember when the first poke cake was created. I have been making them for years with slight variations. I just made this particular cake 2 days ago & took it to a first of the season BBQ. I have a hollowed out plastic tray to fill with crushed ice -- I no sooner put the cake on the table and it dissapeared!! I didn't even get to taste it!! I will be making it again soon -- with 94 degree temps I don't want to turn the oven on!! :)"
