Slow-Cooker Meaty Italian Spaghetti Sauce
Great recipe! As many others, I use half beef and half Italian sausage. There is no need to pre-cook the onions and garlic. To spice it up even more, I use 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper instead of pepper flakes.

Spicy Peanut Chicken
We very much enjoyed this easy to prepare meal. The sauce with the fresh grated gingerroot was excellent. I doubled the cayenne pepper as we like it spicier.

Ultimate Turtle Brownies
These are wonderfully rich and yummy. The edges were quite crispy, so I cut them off and they became finger food sticks that my husband loves to munch on.

Slow-Cooker Salsa Swiss Steak with Noodles
Loved this recipe! I used a meat mallet on the steak before slicing as per the comments about it still being tough after 10 hours. And I only used 2 pounds of round steak, and cooked it for 11 hours. The extra time wasn't necessary as it was fork tender, falling apart when removing from the crock pot. Very tasty, using your favorite salsa.
