"Made this for St. Patty's Day dessert yesterday and everyone loved it. My father-in-law said 'mmmmm, I could eat a lot of this'. Even the kids enjoyed it. I used Baileys Irish Cream and although the taste of the liquor was very strong in the batter once the cake baked it had a nice subtle taste of irish cream. Definatley leaving in the fridge will make it easier to slice, with the warmer weather yesterday it was more messy to cut. Will definatley make it again!!"

"Made these tonight for dinner. The whole family including the teen kids loved them. I used fresh peppers instead of frozen, although they were still juicey, we just used a slotted serving spoon to strain the pork as we put it into the tortilla shell. Will definatley make again!! "

"Yummy!! Made for the family and they all loved it!! Next time I will only put one serving in the glass rather than layering it because it is very sweet and rich. Can definatly taste the butterscotch! "

"Tried this recipe yesterday for my husband's b-day. He loved it. My in-laws were here as well and my mother-in-law was going to make it as an Easter Desert, so I gave her the recipe. We could not stop eating it. Will highly recommend!"

"Made these the other night for my husband and he really enjoyed them. The Ranch dressing makes them taste good. A little tricky trying to turn the tortillas over to brown but worth trying. Making them tonight for the whole family. "
