Irish Cream Celebration Cake
Made this for St. Patty's Day dessert yesterday and everyone loved it. My father-in-law said 'mmmmm, I could eat a lot of this'. Even the kids enjoyed it. I used Baileys Irish Cream and although the taste of the liquor was very strong in the batter once the cake baked it had a nice subtle taste of irish cream. Definatley leaving in the fridge will make it easier to slice, with the warmer weather yesterday it was more messy to cut. Will definatley make it again!!
