"My family really enjoyed this! My two young sons (13 & 10) kept saying how "good it was". I used Mexican cornbread and a small amount of Bisquick for the topping. the topping was a little sweet. The next time I make this I will omit the Bisquick and use only Mexican cornbread. "

"Made this for dinner last night. Porkchops were very flavorful. Did not use as many fried onions as the recipe called for, family enjoyed it. Using non-stick spray in my frying pan caused quite a bit of smoke, don't know why, but next time I will use a small amount of oil instead. Will make again."
