Buffalo Chicken and Potatoes
"Made this tonight and it was yummy! I made a few changes...I took the advice of one reviewer and marinated the chicken in the buffalo sauce for about 2-3 hours...don't want to marinate too long because all the vinegar in the buffalo sauce. I doubled the corn flake topping and used the shredded hashbrowns instead of the southern style. The entire family liked it and I think I will definitely make it again."

Slow Cooker Lasagna
"I didn't think this was that great. I think it would have been a lot better with jarred pasta sauce rather then the canned tomato sauce. Also, the lasagna noodles are pretty mushy when cooking them this way (slow-cooker method). My husband was happy with it, all in all it wasn't bad, but I definitely like my oven-version better and wouldn't make this again."

I would definitely recommend this and will probably make it again. Made it for a cookout and got lots of compliments on it. And, I didn't think the frosting made it too sweet (and I am very picky when it comes to sweet things!)"

I doubled the recipe because I need more than 5 of these for the 4 of us (plus it's nice to have some leftover for lunches the next day). I made this and followed the recipe exactly (except added a packet of TrueLime powder to the cream cheese filling) and it was delicious! I would definitely recommend this and will probably make it again. Made it for a cookout and got lots of compliments on it. And, I didn't think the frosting made it too sweet (and I am very picky when it comes to sweet things!)
