Made this yesterday. Turned out great. I had a 9-cup bundt pan, not a 12 cup called for in the recipe and it was plenty big enough. I cooled the cake 2 hours, then put it in the refrigerator for an hour and the freezer for half an hour. Just wanted to make sure the flan would set up, and it did. Will definitely make this again and try using other cake flavors. Possibilities are endless!
