"These were great. I made these for my daughters sports banquet and they were a hit! I piped the frosting in the center and the top by cutting a corner off a plastic bag and they looked professional. They were easy to make; just make sure you allow time because they are time consuming since the brownsugar/butter has to be cool for the frosting to turn out. Not too sweet I guess for girls that spend 2 hours twice a day in the pool. I added some chocolate dipped strawberries to the plate and it made a wonderful presentation. "

"So easy and quick. My family really likes this dish. I also have made it with the addition of Italian dressing to the pesto for more flavor. Yummy!"

"This recipe was great and very well recieved by my family and friends. I made it for the first time when we were going to a friends house for dinner and she asked that I bring a hearty side dish. The kids loved it, and my husband was even still talking about it the next day. He siad it should definately be one for my file. I did add a little cheddar cheese to give it some color. Our family is extremely active, so no need to worry about the extra carbs. They always get burned off somehow."

"This was easy and my family enjoyed it. They liked the flavor of the curry (not a spice I normally BBQ with). Since I did not have sausage I substituted pork loin and bacon. It was great, but if I had sausage on hand it probalby would have added a different spicy flavor."

"This was so yummy and easy! The only difference was I marinated the chicken in a plastic baggie between 30-60 min. and I added about 1/4 C bbq sauce to the balsalmic dressing marinade. Then I BBQed the chicken on the grill and did the veggies & bacon in the grill basket. Served it with rice pilaf and everybody loved it!"

Since when do enchiladas have beans in them? This was not a good recipe for my family. We will stick with regular enchiladas next time.

This was a hit when I first made it for a small get together with friends. I have made it a few times since and it is always well received. It is an easy one to pull together in a hurry. When I was out of tomatoes, I substituted roasted red peppers...I may have even liked it that way better!

This is the best, easiest, and pretty appetizer. What makes it nice is you can do the prep ahead, then bake when ready. I have also made with roasted red peppers instead of tomatoes and basil when I couldn't find arugula. I also slice in smaller portions than shown in the picture when I am preparing for a crowd. Guests have always compliented!

Easy and quick. It will be nice for the holiday season with red peppers instead of the yellow. I add about 1 T sugar just to make it a little sweeter; I found my kids would eat it when sweetened.

With the warm summer weather I tried it on the BBQ instead of the oven. I BBQed the chicken in foil pans. It was great and I received great reviews from the family. It was nice because I could leave the BBQ sauce off my sons and limit the cheese on my husbands. Everyone was happy. I served it with BBQed potato skins, sweet summer corn and salad. We will definitely do this again.
