Cheddar-Stuffed Chicken Breasts
"I made this for my family and everyone loved it! I took the advice to flatten the chicken in a ziplock bag and it worked great. i also sprinkled pepper, garlic powder on the chicken before putting the cheese on. Once i folded the sides up i held it together with toothpicks and just left the folded side up. Once you cook it and take the toothpicks out it doesnt look bad. I wish i could have fit alittle more cheese inside, but it was definately worth the trouble of flattening out the chicken."

Grilled Taco-Barbecue Chicken
"I was really excited to make this since it had such great reviews, but it turned out not so good. I baked it in the oven and used the sauce as a baste. The mixture of these flavors just seemed overwhelming and gross. It might be good if you just use the taco part, and only use a little bit of the taco packet. I am removing this from my recipe box."

Classic Beef Stew
Rating:
This recipe is ok, but I thought it seemed to lack flavor compared to other people's beef stew i have had. I am going to try to use beef broth instead of water next time, but if that doesnt help i won't make it again

Family-Favorite Macaroni and Cheese
Rating:
Very good! I fix my boyfriend 2 chicken breast and he usually eats both, but he ate so much macaroni he could only eat one! I used an extra 1/2 a bag of cheese, and i used half sharp cheddar and half co-jack cheese as someone suggested, but i think the co-jack took away from the cheesy flavor so next time i will use all cheddar. I will also use more butter b/c it was a little difficult to make the cheese mixture at first. I sprinkled bread crumbs and parmasan cheese on top which made it even better!!!
