"[;)]Hi! In reply to your question, you just add as much flour as you need to to make the dough workable. Yes, the humidity in the air can affect how the flour works. I worked in a commercial bakery for a long time, and they had to adjust their formulas"

"It's a good idea to let the meat warm up a bit before grilling. You can also sprinkle meat tenderier on it before cooking. Make sure to get the grill (or broiler) good & hot before putting the meat on, and don't overcook."

"Last week it hit 95 here & then it went to 60 two days later. Stayed cool, so yesterday I made a big pan of BBQ'd meatballs, scallopped potatoes, and cole slaw. It was yummy! Also made a Butter Pecan cake for dessert. It wasn't bad either. Whenever it"

"If you have time on the weekends, you can make up a large pan of meatballs, bake in the oven for 30 minutes. They can be kept in the freeer for several weeks. You can reheat them with BBQ sauce, Alfredo sauce, or tomato sauce. Serve on crusty rolls as"
