"We love this recipe which can be cooked right away and, we think, tastes even better in the next 2 days. It just tasted like it needed a little more flavoring, so I added 1 can mild chiles and used Mexican blend cheese instead of just cheddar. It is great topped with salsa, cubed avacado, and/or plain Greek yogurt (maybe light sour cream for company). If you make it ahead and just put it in the frig to be cooked the next morning, be sure to spray the foil with Pam or else all the cheese will stick to it. You can also use pre-cooked sausage to make it simpler."

"I made this up for the first time to take to a friend's home for dessert. I should have thoroughly reviewed the recipe. It appears the middle layer instructions are missing. What results is a nice crust with whipped cream on top. There is NO lemon layer in the middle. I went out frantically and purchased a lot of fruit and will serve it that way. SO DISAPPOINTING !!!"

"These are my new favorite cookie. Not too rich, but soooo very good. "Prep: 20 Min", however, was not accurate for me. In order to get these all ready to put in the oven, it took me 1 hr. 45 min.!!! But they are definitely worth it. I am thinking maybe you could just make the cookie without the kiss, then push it into a warm cookie so the kiss melts a little, similar to the Peanut Blossom cookie. "
