"who can complain about a chocolate chip cookie? these are GOOD but i'm wondering why it didn't call for vanilla extract ... ?? Great cookie though, i'll make it again!"

"HOLLY YUM, YUM!!! this was very good! my little guy would like to try corn in this dish next time as i used brocolli. husband who scares easily when i cook new dishes had 2 helpings and he didnt let the left overs go to waist either. huge hit! thanks again BC"

"these were good! though i could tast the lemon and my husband asked "what's that tast?" he was surprised that there would be lemon in pancakes, lol. they took longer for some reason to cook too. they were good but no better in my opinion then any other pancake recipe."

i had my husband take these into the guys at work to tast test and they all said that the chocolate frosting tasted better then the chips. they are easy to make and once you get into the rythem your done in no time flat .... doesnt take long at all! and they tast pretty good too.

im so glad these are so easy to make because i have to make these several times a year .... everyone loves them and cant get enough of these yummy cookie bars. these are a must even if you dont think you'll like them .... because you will, lol. i do add extra filling but they are still great if you dont. ENJOY! :)

i was super disapointed :(. these were easy to make, looked great but didnt tast great .... they didnt tast bad but they werent great either. everyone took 1 because they looked good but nobody had anything to say about them. i agree with alienfit tho, use chopped pecans. sorry BC for the not so good rating :(

i rated this for those whom like MCC. if you like the ice cream, you'll love these cookies! i personally am not a fan but i tell ya those who are love these cookies! just a couple words of advice; green color past worked better for coloring and only use 1/2 tsp of mint extract, if you add more its like rinsing your mouth with mouth wash. i did not have a problem with the butter as like others mentioned. super easy to make and dont worry, ppl will love these. enjoy!
