"BBQ MEATLOAF 2lb ground beef, 1 egg, bread crumbs, bottle BBQ sauce and about 3 or 4 slices of cheese. Mix beef, egg and bread crumbs together.Put half mixture in pan add cheese slices put the remainder meat mixture on top of cheese and pour BBQ sauce"

"I start making my list and planning my meals on Mon for shopping on the coming Saturday. I tend to update it during the week in case any plans change or a special request for a dinner idea. I plan it for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the week Sat thru"

"Try meatballs in the crockpot. It's usually a big hit!! You can either buy the frozen meatballs or you can make your own meatballs from scratch. No need to thaw the frozen ones it will take about 1 to 2 hours on high to thaw them out. Just put the meatballs"
