Salted Caramel Stout and Chocolate Cheesecake
Baked this cheesecake for a Christmas dinner dessert. Overwhelming response from my family...OMG!! The stout enhances the chocolate nicely. The salted caramel is not only delicious on the cheesecake but would be equally delicious on its own (on ice cream). I do strongly suggest baking the cake over a pan of water . Bake until the edges are set and the center is jiggly. When done, turn off oven & cool for 30 minutes in the oven. Remove from oven, run knife along edge of pan to release, cool completely then refrigerate overnight.

Almond, Apricot and White Chocolate Decadence Bars
Delicious, rich bars! I would suggest slightly softening almond paste in microwave, otherwise paste is difficult to cream with sugar. These bars were very popular at our recent family Christmas celebration.

Slow-Cooker Chunky Chicken Chili
Such an easy recipe to throw together! I made as is except I used fire-roasted tomatoes with chilies. The hominy was a nice twist but this would be equally delicious with black beans & corn. My husband declared this recipe a "keeper"!
