"This dish is quite simple to make, and even with small mods it's very tasty. Ex: They didn't have any rotisserie chicken at the store left, so I used what frozen chicken breasts I had at home, baked them, and threw som Emeril's Essence on them for the flavor it would have lacked from not being rotisserie style. It did take longer than 30 mins to make, but everyone in the house enjoyed it, which is nice, b/c now the tasty leftovers have no chance of going to waste."

Weeknight Paella
