"The entire family loves this more than regular spaghetti! The first time I made it, it was a little on the dry side. The 2nd time I allowed the beef, sauce, and noodle mixture to boil on the stove top for 5 full minutes instead of putting it in the oven immediately after it came to a boil and it was perfect. I use Newman's Own Sockarooni sauce and Ronzoni Smart Taste noodles. "

"A little too much prep for what was nothing more than a beef stroganoff recipe. The peppers, onion, and cheese did not make it taste like a Philly Cheese Steak at all. Not bad tasting, just not what I expected. Needs either more dijon mustard or a steak sauce to kick it up a bit."
