"I'm making this stuffing once again for dinner tonight with my roast turkey. My family absolutely LOVES it !!! Growing up we always had oyster stuffing for holidays, & when I married ... I carried on the tradition because everyone, including myself loves it so.But it is soooo expensive to make, always costs us 3 times as much as the turkey ! I started making this stuffing when I made roast chicken & the gang LOVES it so much, my hubby & grown son say they like it even better than oyster stuffing ! It is much more economical to make, just as easy ... & there are still NO LEFTOVERS :o) !!!"

"If you are accustomed to having authentic tiramasu .... skip this recipe & take the time to make the real deal. It was much quicker to make, but tastes nothing at all like real tiramasu. Tiramasu doesn't have a strong flavor of chocolate, which this does, & it has that wonderful Italian creme that this doesn't.It has strong flavors of chocolate & cream cheese instead ! I made a double batch thinking one would never be enough ... we threw away all but the 3 pieces I had served up. My first ever "reject" recipe from B.C., I won't be making this again."

"I hate to say it, but I have to agree with lovenewrecipes ... I didn't care for this one. I thought the sauce didn't taste sweet enough, the cake was just okay. I have a better recipe for the oven, think I'll be sticking with it. I served it for dessert when we had guests ... everyone ate it, but NO ONE asked for 2nds OR the recipe ...both uncommon around here. The leftovers went down the garbage disposal."

"Fantastic !!!! Made it to serve with a simple casserole to family & friends.... a HUGE hit. My hubby usually wrinkles his nose up at blueberries, but he loved this. Will be making this ALOT ...especially for weekend breakfasts. It's easy & quick to make. If you haven't tried it yet ... do it this week !"

"Made this for guests tonight, everyone loved it ! Very easy to make, but takes a little time to prepare. I will definitely make it again, but I think next time I will short the basil just a touch & add just a touch of garlic to it."

I made this for Christmas this year ... everyone LOVED it !!! It will definitely be included in many more family dinners. I did add an extra package of cream cheese to it like someone had suggested, & it gave it a more dense feel...like cheesecake. I've made regular pumpkin cheesecake for years, but this will be the one I choose from now ! No springform pan to contend, much easier to prepare ... it's AWESOME !!!!!
