"New to a gluten free diet myself & wanting to cook satisfying meals for the hubby too...who loves fried chicken!! Well I found this "oven-baked chicken" recipe made with gluten free bisquick & made it that same night. It was a huge success!! Hubby & I both loved it!! Now I think I'll use the same recipe for Mahi Mahi & hope it's as delicious. "
