Strawberry Cream Cheese Trifle
Made this many many times...always a winner and always gone!! I use the little pound cake shells for strawberry shortcake...easy...then can throw in rasberries or any kind of fruit for that matter...

I always have my meat double ground and usually have the meat ground fresh, from a rump roast...also, my daughter who is married to an Italian uses one box of stove top stuffing, make according to the directions on the box...makes unbelievable meatballs...add some grated parmesan cheese before you roll them with some fresh basil, Italian parsley and of course GARLIC!!
