Super-Easy Macaroon Chewies
Hey All! ~Just a little tip about the chocalte drizzle~ I love baking, and have tried every way known to get the perfect chocolate drizzle topping to be smooth. Here's how- put the chocolate chips and butter in a (metal) bowl, then take the bowl and put in a shallow pan of water and heat (stirring often) till it's that grainy consistency, then... and here's the secret... add a splash of milk! Go with your gut and add little by little. Remember, you can always add more, but it's hard to take away. This will make your chocolate smoooooth like glass and very easy to drizzle! Don't forget to put the whole baking sheet in the fridge or freezer for a little bit as soon as your done to help set the drizzle topping. Happy baking everyone!!!

Slow-Cooker Pork Chops with Apple Chutney
This is an absolutly fabulous meal! I serve this with mashed potatoes. I also add apple juice instead of vinager, and I usually mix dried apricots, pears, cranberries, raisins and plums. The mix of all these flavors after so long in the slow cooker is out of this world! Be VERY careful not to over cook. I find many of the BC recipies have longer slow cooker times than needed. Anyway, the first time I made this I way overcooked and it was still amazing!
