Crème Brûlée Cheesecake Bars
"Make these! They were so easy and EVERYONE absolutely loved them. I am still getting requests at work for the recipe. The only thing is that I couldn't find toffee bits, so I just bashed up a couple heath bars. YUUUUUM!"

Peanut Butter High Hats
"Everyone seemed to like (not love) these and I don't think I will make them again. They were a little too involved for me, I think. Also, I didn't read ahead and notice that you need a decorating bag, so I just used a ziploc and cut a hole in the corner. They didn't come out as pretty as the pic, but the chocolate covering did cover more of the frosting imperfections than I expected."

Apple Streusel Cheesecake Bars
"Just made these yesterday and did what a couple others said and used one reduced fat and once fat free cream cheese and you couldn't tell the difference - SOOOO delicious! I also lined my pan with foil and it was very simple to cut and remove from the pan. These just may be my new favorite! Thanks to BC AND the others leaving such helpful reviews!!"

Spicy Pumpkin Cookies
"Well - I officially won the title of 'Cookie Queen' yesterday at an office cookie exchange with this guy! I used one cup of pumpkin, added a little extra pumpkin spice, used Betty's butter cake mix, added 1/2 cup of white choc chips and a frosting recipe from another Betty recipe: 3 cups powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 3 to 4 tablespoons milk 1/3 cup butter (do not use margarine or spread; it will burn) A guaranteed success!!"

Lemon-Apricot Chicken
Rating:
This recipe was such a nice surprise! I don''t normally like fruit with meat, but the crunchiness of the bisquick mix and the light flavor of the sauce made it delicious!

Chocolate Truffle Brownie Cups
Rating:
These are great for those that don''t like super sweet desserts. The topping is very rich and really does taste more like the darker chocolate in a truffle. Also, allow enough time for the topping to solidify a bit once on the brownies, especially if you''re going to be traveling with them... it takes about 30 minutes.

Chicken Tamale Pie
Rating:
This receipe was EXTREMELY easy to make and very tasty. You can also get away with adding extra veggies and/or chicken by just adding a little extra seasoning.

Chocolate-Marshmallow Ribbon Cake
Rating:
This was very tasty and my neice and nephew loved it. The marshmallow sauce was a little thin and ended up kind of messy. You may want to wait until the sauce cools a little and thickens up; it should be easier to put together that way. Otherwise - delish!
