"My husband grew up in Italy and he has not stopped talking about these pork chops. I steamed some fresh green beans to go with and it was a hit even with the teenagers. I doubt we will ever eat plain old pork chops again. It was so easy to make and so easy to eat! "

"This chicken was soooooo good. I didn't let my chicken thaw out all the way because it usually gets too dry. Will use totally thawed chicken next time though. This time it was half crunchy and half mashed potatoes. As with all recipes, after the first time you make it, you find a gazillion things you would do next time, and with this one there will definitely be a next time."

"This recipe calls for too much marmalade. Eating this chicken was like biting into an orange rind. I would try it again but cut the marmalade in half."
