"Good recipe but I was rather amused by the oxymoron of using the Bisquick Heart Smart mix and then adding butter, sugar, whipping cream, and other things that just MIGHT make it not-so-heart-smart. If you're going to make something with the Heart Smart mix, make the whole thing heart smart, not just the pancakes. Otherwise you might as well just use the regular mix. No difference in the flavor anyway."
