"I am going to try this tonight..I am going to put my potatoes in the microwave first while I prepare the chicken..I am using breast with rib meat. I am going to add onion, bell green bell pepper and carrots to the potatoes..Sounds good."

"I I just made this on sunday for our church potluck and everyone loved it and asked me for the recipe. It is so easy and fast to make. Sometimes I put fresh broccoli in it. Brandy"
