I made these individual Lasagnas yesterday. I lived by myself but I liked the idea of freezing and reheating them for lunch or at work. I made a few substitutions. I used 1/2lb browned ground beef (strained) and I used traditional spaghetti sauce. Still with these proportions I was only able to make 2 layers because I ran out of ricotta cheese. I also think a table spoon of the cheese on each layer is a little much. Next time I will only do half of a table spoon of the cheese mixture. Eitherway these were delicious and I will make them again!
