Slow Cooker Steak and Black Bean Chili I made this dish a little differentlt than the original recipe. I used only 1 can of beans, no chilis, and I added a half of a fresh onion and a quarter of a fresh bell pepper and a couple of cups of watwer and I simmered it on the stovetop for about a half an hour. The meat was tender and thje dish was delicious served over white rice with cornbread on the side!
