"I made a gluten free cookie, and used my own cream cheese frosting that I made. I also used a ButterFinger bar, and it was a hit. My son couldn't stop eating it. I have a super easy gluten free peanut butter cookie dough, and this works well. I liked it as well, till I figure out my cals that I ate. "

"I used heart healthy biquick instead and also made some with sausage. Yum. I cooked my sausage and added 1/2c. of crumbled sausage and baked like normal. They were really good as my kids said. "

"I read the post before, I think it is good on time. I made these just before I went and got kids from school. Timing then was almost perfect. I used a Gluten free Peanut butter cookie recipe that I have, and no one could tell the difference. Will make again. Though one thing I will do the next time is melt the caramel and pour that over the filling and sprinkle peanuts over that. Seems to make more sense to me. Otherwise good."

"I used blueberries(since no one in my house likes cherries) Tasted wonderful. I couldn't find the right cereal either, but used a multi grain cheerios and tasted really good. They got rave reviews at work. It is a keeper. Total cal count for the way that I did it was 161 cals with 9 grams of fat, 20 carbs, and 2 protein. "
