Red, White and Blue Poke Cake The family loved it - even the 'grump' and the one who professed not to like strawberries! Will be making this one again and thinking about variations like chocolate cake with cherry gelatin. BTW, I used lowfat/low sugar white chocolate pudding mix because that's all my store had. Didn't seem to hurt the cake any.
