Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Cranberry-Cornbread Stuffing
"This was a delicious, easy meal. I followed the recipe exactly except I used herb stuffing instead of cornbread, just because that was what I had. My family enjoyed the fruit and nuts in the stuffing but thought they would like to try it without it next time, so that it was we will do. The pork chops were so moist and tender, my ten year old ate 2 of them! I decided at the last minute to peel some carrots and throw them in on top of the pork chops so I wouldn't have to cook anything later. They turned out great, also. Excellent recipe, Betty!"

I cut this recipe out of our newspaper about a year ago and have made it numerous times. It is so delicious. Absolutely one of my favorite dinners! I increase the whipping cream to 2 cups. I have made it for church functions and had 60 people eat it and LOVE it at a time. I cannot recommend it enough!

Just made these and we loved them! They were not runny at all. I don't think they spread any... I used real butter and then had tostick the batter in the fridge for about 30 minutes. It has been sitting out for about an hour now, and each batch is baking up the same as the first. Excellent recipe. Fast, easy and kinda nutritious (as far as cookies go)

this was the best sauce I have ever tasted. I served these over mashed potatoes and we spooned lots of extra sauce on. YUMMY!! I wasn't as crazy about the meatballs, but think this would be great to substitute pork chops or chicken. SO TASTY!!

We all enjoyed this. I tripled to recipe to feed 9 people and it all got eaten (mostly teenagers!) The only suggestion was to use less eggs, they wished it was a little less quiche like. I plan to omit 2 eggs next time (from the tripled recipe), add a little milk and see how it turns out.

These are our new favorite cookie. All 6 of my kids thought they were great. They cooked up flatter than the picture. They were a dense, chewy, flavor filled little cookie. So delicious!!
