"Too bland, would only serve with homemade cream cheese frosting. Recipe was easy and quick but... big, ole chocolate brownie would be better!"

"Very light, melt-in-your-mouth butter cookie. Will find many uses for that. Very easy to make. Just a hint of lime taste. This one is a keeper!"

"Not a fan. They were very easy to make. Just would rather make the "puppy chow" version. Messy to coat, messy to eat. Not spectacular for Christmas cookie tray. Just an average taste. Nothing special."

"Taste very good! I am not a caramel fan. It took way too much time to unwrap and melt caramels, rolling cookie, pressing cookie. Took way too much time to get these out of the pan. I won't make it again. I made some with white chocolate for family who won't like chocolate. They also tasted good. Didn't use pecans, peanuts have a better salty taste. Will try to find an easier cookie to achieve the same taste."

"I made these for the mint lovers on my Christmas list. They loved the taste. I thought this recipe was very easy to make and bake. I only used 1/8 tsp mint. I would leave it out next time. I would also make the cookies half the size. Not fancy enough for my Christmas tray but I drizzled white chocolate over the top to kick it up a notch. Will it make it on my 2011 Christmas cookie list...not sure, waiting for family reviews. It is at least worth one try. "
