"It depends on the meat you are trying to roast. A cheap cut like a Chuck or Blade roast needs to be slow cooked. Best in a crockpot. Your actually boiling it all day on low in beef broth and water with whatever spices and vege's you want to add. Cover"

"I think KFC changed their mashed potato recipe recently to. I stopped there a couple weeks ago and the tates were awful. No potato flavor at all. But then again the gravy hides the taste [;)]"

"I tried them as well and after cooking them the usual way was disgusted with the taste and consistency. I noted the change in recipe and added the milk last. They still tasted like cardboard. To bad. Back to boiling taters."
