"I made this and admit that it had a good taste, but the cake part was very dry and not very sweet. I added more milk and sour cream when making, as I had read that others found the cake to be dry. It didn't help. I think I will try this again and maybe tweak the recipe, or maybe just use store-bought cake mix."

"I admit that I added just a few things to the recipe when making it. A bit of poultry seasoning, a can of cream of mushroom soup, some dried thyme...however, I mostly followed the recipe as it was written. It turned out very nice and we loved it! When making the biscuits, I added some dried thyme to them, as well. A nice dinner without a lot of fuss!"

"This is a recipe that is in the BC Thanksgiving 2008 magazine. I am thinking about making it for our holiday dinner and I was wondering if anyone else has made it and what they thought of it. I tried to find the recipe via search here, but it is not listed"

"I am always asked to bring sweet potato pie for Thanksgiving. I use my grandmother's recipe and it is very good and easy! However, I do warn ya, I am from Georgia, and I believe in using real sweet potatoes! LOL! I guess it is a Southern thing! This recipe"

Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas

This recipe was wonderful and easy! I, too, used the Campbell's Nacho Cheese soup and it came out great! I make another chicken enchilada recipe, but it is much more time consuming than this one is. I also added some frozen corn and black olives to the mix! This is great for a quick, week-night meal!

Shiitake Mushroom Soup

I just made this soup and it is very bland in taste. Also, the recipe calls for WAY too many noodles, so my whole "Soup" is nothing but a pot of noodles with no taste at all. I have to actually dig to find a mushroom or bell pepper! I will not make this again.
