"I made this last night and my husband said this recipe is in his "Top 5" for favorite dinners. That is really saying something. I doubled the recipe, and used a combination of Mocha Mix and fat free sour cream instead of heavy cream or 1/2-and-1/2 because I'm lactose sensitive. I only used a little over half as much of the Mocha Mix/FF sour cream concoction as the recipe called for cream, so it was not runny. The whole family loved it!"

"Big thumbs up for this recipe. I doubled the recipe and cooked it all up in my electric skillet, and it turned out delicious! Next time I will tilt my skillet at an angle for a couple of minutes before serving to let it drain well, because it majorly dripped out the bottoms of our tortillas (although we didn't really care that much because it was so good)."

"Very good recipe - but I cut down the cooking time for the beef so it's not tough and chewy. I browned the beef like the recipe says, then removed the beef from the pan while simmering the wine/beef broth for 10 minutes by itself (I used 50/50 wine/broth). I added the beef back in only for the last 5 minutes of wine/broth simmering, and then followed the recipe exactly from that point to finish up. Meat came out much better, not exactly tender but far less tough than when I simmered for the full 15 minutes. A big hit at our house!"

"Great one-pot dinner that my two hungry teens tipped their bowls to get the last drops. Slightly spicy but not too much - perfect for a cold winter night. I used sour cream instead of greek yogurt because I needed to use it up, and it turned out yummy! Will make a double batch next time."
