"This is the best PB cookie recipe I've ever tried. My cookies were not like biscuits at all. They turned out so moist and chewy. Since there were a few reviews about the "biscuit" like result, I followed the suggestion of one review by using a heaping cup of PB and a table spoon or 2 less of Bisquick than the original recipe called for. I also used the Heart Smart Bisquick mix and sprinkled each cookie with additional sugar on top before baking. The amount of PB flavor in this recipe beats any store bought cookie, cookie mix, or break and bake cookie dough. If you tried this before and got poor results, I strongly urge you try again."

"These didn't turn out like the picture shown with the recipe. They were way more chocolaty and super sticky-messy to eat. My friends didn't mind chowing down on these "s'mores", but I don't plan to making them this way again. "

"This is a total hit! Its inexpensive to make, requires little prep time, and tastes great. I can't wait to make it again and again with different variations. "

"These were good, but I didn't notice the banana-nut taste. In fact, I made plain waffles at the same time (in case the banana-nut didn't turn out) and the difference was so slight that I don't think this recipe is worth saving. "

"After reading the reviews about dryness, I add an extra egg in the mix and substituted plain non-fat yogurt for the sour cream. I also let it sit overnight. When baking, I didn't add the eggs on top until the dish had baked for about 15 min. After adding the eggs, I covered the dish with foil and baked for another 5 min before adding cheese. I let it bake again for another 5 min uncovered. Serving this with avocado slices, salsa, and plain non-fat yogurt (or sour cream) made this dish absolutely splendid! I will definitely be making it again to experiment with other ingredients for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. "

AMAZING & always a hit when I bake! I added pecans, used applesauce instead of oil, almond milk instead of water, and baked in muffin pans for 18 - 20 minutes to make single serving cupcakes. This is one delicious recipe I can never make enough of!
