I adapted this idea, as I didn't have Helper and did have basic ingredients. So, it was 2 cups of rotelli pasta to start with. I then made 2 cups of white sauce using chicken broth granules instead of salt. Used all of the veggies and other add ins, and increased the parm. cheese on top. Also, sprinkled some buttered bread crumbs with the cheese(about 1 cup bread crumbs with 2-3 tablespoons melted butter, toasted a bit in the oven.
It was eaten in an energetic manner.
