"I just use soy sauce, gets compliments. Put steaks in glass cake pan, splash good with soy sauce, turn and repeat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hrs. Turn over every 1/2 hour to make sure coated well. Grill to preferance. Can use left"
