"This is a great recipe, however I would use 2 cups of chicken brother instead of one. When I made it, the broth had cooked out and I had to add some after the potatoes were done in order to finish cooking them. But the flavor is out of this world!"

"I made this as a special breakfast for my boyfriend. However in stead of using pizza crust, I used the Buttermilk-Herb Biscuit recipe found on this site. It turned out great! I eally love this recipe, and it was quick and simple to make."
