Strawberry Cheesecake with Double-Berry Sauce
This is really excellent! I used three 6 oz containers of non-fat strawberry yogurt, used chocolate graham crackers instead of chocolate wafers and substituted strawberries for the raspberries. It worked great- the cheesecake was so light and creamy and the strawberry topping was delicious! The "crust" was a bit loose, so I would add a little margarine next time to hold it together & the strawberry topping improved with a bit of lemon juice added. A perfect light fruit dessert!
