Southwestern Beer-Batter Fish with Green Chile Tartar Sauce
This recipe is so fantastic, I got two picky toddlers and a husband who hates fish to eat plate after plate. I used catfish and dark beer which probably put a different (yet very positive) spin on the flavor. I doubled the recipe and used the leftovers to make fish sandwiches the next day....also spectacular. Nothing but rave reviews for this one.
