French Crepes Suzette
This was so unbelievably easy. My 8-year-old son helped me with it and we had a wonderful time! The orange sauce had just the right amount of orange flavor with a hint of liqueur after we flambe'd it. Felt just like we were at a French cafe in Paris. I made 1-1/2 times the recipe to feed 6 and had no problems. This is a keeper!
