Soft-boiled with soldiers (strips of buttered toast you dip into the runny yolk)

"I thought this was very good and easy. I did use an extra teaspoon of curry powder and bloomed the curry and paprika with the sauteed onions before adding the other ingredients. Would I make this again? Definitely."

"This was a quick and easy rainy day recipe. As I was using sodium free bouillon, I cooked the beef with minced garlic and shallots to add more depth of flavor."

"While the vegetables were perfect, the veal seemed overcooked and the whole dish was a bit bland. If I were to make this again, I would cook the veal less, double the garlic, shallots, and thyme and include liberal amounts of fresh ground salt and pepper."
