Gluten Free Strawberry Shortcakes I made these last night and they are wonderful! The recipe said it made six but I made 8 huge shortcakes. You could make more and make them smaller - just watch the bake time. These are sweet, melt in your mouth wonderful and taste superb with strawberries and whip cream. They would be great with a little less sugar to use as a meat shortcake too.
