"It is rotel dip with milk, corn and beans....of course it isn't good for you! lol Think about it! But is so amazing! I found the recipe in one of my grandmother's old BC cookbooks and had to make it! It's great with a 1/2lb of ground beef or shredded chicken in it too, very quick, easy and versatile. Just not healthy (And I'm not complaining!!)"
