"By far the best of all your gluten free mixes! Moist and delicious and beautiful texture. Even the batter tastes wonderful. I just wish it made a 9x13 pan, especially since it's so pricey."

"Unless I do some serious doctoring-up, these cookies turn out dry and crumbly and gritty, and the mix doesn't make very much. I appreciate the effort you're making in the gluten-free field, but I expected more from something that costs so much."

"While this mix is much better taste-wise than the GF yellow cake mix, I still have to add a package of chocolate pudding to keep it moist enough or it gets dry and crumbly really fast. I do appreciate the convenience and safety of these baking mixes, but they are overwhelmingly overpriced. This mix makes half the amount of cake you get from one of your regular mixes, I have to doctor it up with pudding and extra eggs, and yet it costs at least four times as much. You are taking advantage of the celiac/gluten free community and their lack of choices and convenience with these outrageous prices. Add pudding into your mixes and double their size and it will be worth the price to me."

"I love that you are branching out and making these more inclusive mixes, but this yellow cake mix is just awful. It's so dry, has a bad flavor, and is much too small for the price. I have to add a package of vanilla pudding to the mix to make the flavor and texture decent, and I shouldn't have to doctor up a cake mix that costs four times as much as your "normal" cake mixes, AND makes half the amount of cake. I just don't see how you justify charging so much for these GF mixes when they are so small and not as good as your regular mixes. The only reason to charge this much is to take advantage of people who have this intolerance who will pay anything for the convenience of baking with mixes again."
