"I made these with a chocolate cake mix , so I didn't color them. Just wanted to practice baking the mini cupcakes and cutting, and filling them. I'm planning to make red, and blue for the Fourth of July. Will try the suggestion about using the dram of liquid chocolate. I also used canned BC whipped fluffy white frosting for my filling. It was fantastic! Don't be timid about filling them. I was and my first ones were skimpy. Load 'em up! Look at the recipe for Team Color Poppers for more hints."

"What a moist and delicious cookie! I used a small batter scoop instead of rolling the dough into balls. I think it made the recipe easier. I left off the nuts. These were such a hit! "

"I love this cake! I made it portable by making it in a 9X13X2 pan. I made the cake according to the recipe. After baking I poked holes all over the top of the cake with a meat fork. I made the brown sugar, peanut butter, whipped cream mixture according to the recipe and poured it over the warm cake . I let that cool for several hours then microwaved the canned frosting for 10 seconds to soften it then frosted the cake. You have to be careful spreading this over the peanut butter layer. So delicious and moist!"

"Everyone at work loved this! Be sure to get the cream cheese mixture all the way to the edges. I had some pieces near the edge that were cake only."
