"This recipe turned out great and tastes wonderful, however I had a difficult time rolling out the bottom and top crusts to size. Also, this recipe is good if you don''t like a lot of sauce on your pizza - however, if you like saucy pizza, use an extra jar. I will definately make this again - perhaps try pepperoni instead of meat/sausage next time!"

"Wow!! I impressed myself (and family) with this one! I cooked in my crock pot for a little over 8 hours and the meat was tender and perfect. Everyone wanted seconds. A definate crowd pleaser. I will have to try the low fat cream cheese/sour cream next time."

"I made this recipe last night but I used the larger tortillas and Campbells Taco Cheese Soup instead of the Progresso. I got 6 nice sized enchiladas and this dish turned out PERFECTLY!! My husband thought it tasted like something you might get in a restaurant. I would definately make this again - maybe next time add mexican rice and/or beans inside. The leftovers tasted good the next day too!"
