"This cake is really good, but I found that the cake is so moist it didn't want to come out of the pan, and that the frosting didn't thicken! So needless to say my kitchen was a mess from making this cake and I wont make it again!"

This wasnt too bad. You definitely could tell it was more healthy. The ricotta didn't have a good taste to it, so maybe more seasoning next time.

I thought this recipe looked better than it tasted. I thought it was good, but to me it just didnt have a whole lot of flavor. Next time I make it I will definately add some spices!
