I have always used my Betty Crocker Cookbook from 1966 to make this as a chedder cheese sauce for baked potatoes or over any vegetable like the restaurants used to make. As one reviewer said "YUM"!!! I agree. After making the amount of white sauce you need, then just add the amount of grated chedder cheese you want to your own taste. This is fool proof!
