"I made this for the first time tonight, and my kids are already asking me when I'm going to make it again, lol. Instead of whipping cream I made up a package of Dream Whip, and next time I'll pour a little bit of coffee liqueur over the cookies when they're layered - my teenager thought that might work well :) This is a fabulous recipe - very quick and easy to make, and perfect for serving to family, or for friends. It looks as good as it tastes - definitely a 5 star recipe!"

"Easy as pie to throw together, with just a few ingredients. Very moist. Perfect for an after school snack, kids lunches, or for an any night dessert. We didn''t put whipped cream on it, but I think I''ll throw in some pecans next time, as others have suggested. Thanks for a great recipe!"

"MMMMMM! Perfect for breakfast, snack or brunch, and good enough for company. Quick to whip up, and they look as good as they taste! I''m freezing these and sending them in my teenagers'' lunches instead of a sandwich."

"Delicious, quick and easy to make, no special ingredients required, and mine looked as pretty as the one pictured. The only change I made was to cook it in an 8X8" glass baking pan (40 minutes) instead of a pie pan - I find it easier to serve square pieces. Definitely a recipe to make again and again :)"

"I did ham with cheddar cheese, and threw in a bit of leftover cooked bacon I had in the fridge. I used an 8x8 baking pan, and doubled the ingredients from step 2 (milk, eggs, bisquick etc.). We didn''t put the tomatoes or peppers on top. It was baked to perfection in 30 minutes, and was DELICIOUS!! Quick and easy to make, using what you have in your fridge and cupboard - LOVE this recipe :)"

Dry and tasteless - not very good at all. At the very least, they needed more sweetening - perhaps that would have made them a bit more appealing.
